Hi, I’m Elizabeth

Elizabeth Hammond with long wavy hair smiling outdoors, standing in front of green leafy bushes, wearing a white blouse and jewelry.

I focus on helping kids, teens, and young adults navigate change, build coping skills, and feel more confident in themselves.

I’ve always been drawn to helping young people, and that calling deepened after seeing the impact of the COVID-19 pandemic. The isolation, anxiety, and loss of structure left many struggling to regain their footing.

My experience as a student, peer, and now clinician has shown me how powerful it is when someone listens without judgment and believes in your potential. I’ve seen how mental health challenges affect school, social life, and work, and how healing a strong therapeutic relationship can be. Working with youth isn’t just my job; it’s something I’m personally invested in. And together, we’ll work toward a place where you feel hopeful, capable, and ready to face whatever comes next.

How I Like to Work

Healing doesn’t have to feel heavy. Whether you’re new to therapy or ready for deeper work, I meet you where you are with care and flexibility.

I love connecting with people, from talking about the latest shows to sharing niche hobbies, and I use humor and curiosity to make therapy feel approachable and relatable.

A Space Just for You

Starting therapy can feel daunting, especially when you’re unsure how to put your feelings into words. I approach our work with patience, curiosity, and collaboration.

We’ll meet at a pace that feels right for you, focusing on building confidence and finding your footing at school, work, or in life. Everything we discuss stays between us.

Starting therapy can feel scary or confusing, and that’s okay.

Whether you’re in school, starting something new, or facing changes you didn’t see coming, I’m here to listen and be there for you.
