Therapy Designed to Support Your Growth

for young people facing challenges like anxiety, ADHD, and depression.

Individual Child Therapy

Ages 8 to 12
$190 for 50-53 Minutes

I use a virtual game board with different games to help keep sessions fun and engaging. Kids are welcome to bring something they enjoy from home, like drawing, coloring, or building with Legos. Caregivers join for about 10–15 minutes to share updates on school, appetite, sleep, and behavior. This is also a time for me to share insights about child development, offer tips for practicing skills at home, and talk through any mental health topics that come up.

Individual Teen Therapy

Ages 13 to 17
$190 for 50-53 Minutes

Sessions are flexible and shaped around each teen’s interests. They can use the virtual game board or bring along something they enjoy, like drawing, crocheting, tossing a ball, or even sharing a video. Caregivers join for 10–15 minutes as needed to talk about school, sleep, relationships, and behavior. During this time, I share helpful information about teen development, support skill-building, and help make sense of any mental health concerns.

Individual Adult Therapy

Ages 18 and up
$190 for 50-53 Minutes

The way we structure sessions and whether there’s homework depends on what works best for you. For example, ERP (Exposure and Response Prevention) is more structured and includes practice exercises, tracking progress, and setting monthly goals. Other concerns may work better with a more open format, with optional readings or activities that fit your schedule. We’ll create a plan together that feels doable and supportive.

Supplemental Family Sessions

For both minors & adults
$200 for 50-53 Minutes

Family sessions can be helpful for both kids and adults. For children with challenging behaviors or complex family situations, these sessions can improve communication and problem-solving. Parents can get support with setting limits and managing tough moments. For adults, family sessions can strengthen relationships, improve daily living skills, and help everyone work together more effectively.

Therapy Approaches I Use

Everyone’s needs are different, so I use a mix of approaches. These are the ones I often work with the most:

  • DBT teaches four main skills: handling distress, managing emotions, practicing mindfulness, and improving relationships. It’s about finding the balance between accepting yourself as you are and making positive changes. I adapt DBT for people with ADHD and Autism by considering communication styles, sensory needs, and impulsivity.

  • ERP is especially helpful for anxiety and OCD. We start by identifying your specific worries and create a step-by-step plan to face them at a pace that feels safe. This might begin with imagining or reading about the fear and, over time, moving toward real-life situations. Your comfort and safety are always the priority. We may also use exercises to ease physical anxiety symptoms and work on shifting unhelpful thoughts into more confident and positive ones.

  • This approach can help with depression, low motivation, or feeling unsure about making changes. It’s a gentle mix of listening and guidance. Together, we’ll explore your strengths and values so you feel more confident about the steps you want to take, and I’ll support you in moving toward your goals.

Getting started together

We’ll talk about what’s on your mind, make sure our schedules align, go over rates, and I’ll answer any questions you have. After that, we’ll have an intake session where I’ll get to know you better through an assessment, and together we’ll figure out the best treatment plan and schedule for you.

Good Faith Estimate

You have the right to receive a “Good Faith Estimate” explaining how much your medical and mental health care will cost.

Under the law, health care providers need to give patients who don’t have insurance or who are not using insurance an estimate of the expected charges for medical services, including psychotherapy services.

You have the right to receive a Good Faith Estimate for the total expected cost of any non-emergency healthcare services, including psychotherapy services.

You can ask your health care provider, and any other provider you choose, for a Good Faith Estimate before you schedule a service.

If you receive a bill that is at least $400 more than your Good Faith Estimate, you can dispute the bill. Make sure to save a copy or picture of your Good Faith Estimate.

For questions or more information about your right to a Good Faith Estimate, visit www.cms.gov/nosurprises or call (800) 985-3059.

Insurance Accepted

I’m in-network with Kaiser Northern California (KP Classic Commercial and KP DHMO – Deductible). Kaiser clients will need approval from their local clinic before starting therapy.

You can check your coverage or deductible for video visits by calling (800) 464-4000 or looking on your Kaiser member website.

If you’re out-of-network, I can provide a superbill to help you submit for possible reimbursement.

Cancellation Policy

Please let me know at least 48 hours in advance if you need to cancel or reschedule.

For non-Kaiser clients, late cancellations (less than 48 hours’ notice) are charged the full session fee. Your appointment is reserved just for you, so arriving late may mean a shorter session.

If missed or late appointments happen frequently, we’ll talk together about what’s getting in the way and how to move forward.

Starting therapy can feel scary or confusing, and that’s okay.

Whether you’re in school, starting something new, or facing changes you didn’t see coming, I’m here to listen and be there for you.
